​✨ HR Administrator Job Summary

​Core Responsibilities

​Safety & Training: Administer and document mandatory safety protocols and OSHA compliance training.

​Recruitment: Assist with sourcing and hiring Field Technicians. Manage pre-employment screening (background, drug testing, driving records).

​Records: Maintain accurate, confidential employee personnel files in the HRIS.

​Payroll Support: Verify and process weekly/bi-weekly timesheets and track PTO/leave balances.

​Employee Support: Act as the first contact for basic HR and benefits questions.

​Must-Have Qualifications

​1-3 years of experience in HR Administration.

​Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and HRIS/Payroll systems.

​Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

​Ability to handle confidential information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
