About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Executive Recruitment Specialist with 2–3 years of experience in full-cycle hiring. While the primary responsibility of this role (around 80%) is Talent Acquisition, the ideal candidate will also actively contribute to HR operations and employee engagement activities.Importantly, during periods when recruitment activity is low, the candidate is expected to shift focus and support other core HR functions, ensuring continuous contribution to the HR team’s success. Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment (Approx. 80%) Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and craft job descriptions. Source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and external partners. Conduct initial HR screenings, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communications. Maintain up-to-date recruitment trackers and dashboards; monitor KPIs like time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and sourcing efficiency. Build and manage a strong talent pipeline for both recurring and niche roles. Support employer branding through social media hiring content and candidate engagement strategies. HR Operations & Generalist Support (Approx. 20%) / When Recruitment is Inactive Provide support in employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes. Maintain HR data and records including candidate feedback, hiring status, and employee files. Assist in preparing recruitment and HR reports, dashboards, and audits. Contribute to employee engagement activities and HR policy implementation. Offer administrative and operational support to other HR functions as needed, especially during lean hiring periods. Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 2–3 years of solid experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with recruitment tools and platforms. Understanding of onboarding processes and familiarity with HR systems is a plus. Preferred Skills Experience in tech or volume hiring environments. Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growth-driven setup.
