Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.Conduct screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination.Maintain daily recruitment trackers and MIS reports.Support onboarding processes and documentation.Build strong working relationships with the client team. Requirements
1–3 years of recruitment experience, specifically in volume/mass hiring.Prior experience working at a client site is an added advantage.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet hiring deadlines.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Note: Only immediate joiners preferred.
