Job Overview We are looking for a highly driven Sales Executive with a proven track record in outbound sales, lead generation, and deal closures. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in IT or contact center solution sales, with a strong ability to identify prospects, build relationships, and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Outbound Sales & Lead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking. Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, nurturing leads through various sales stages until closure. Client Engagement: Conduct meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations to showcase Skylux's IT and contact center solutions. Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals, pricing models, and customized solutions for clients. Negotiation & Closure: Effectively negotiate contract terms, ensuring successful deal closures while meeting revenue targets. Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in contact center solutions. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution post-sale. CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts using CRM tools. Key Requirements Experience: 2-3 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in contact center solutions or cloud-based enterprise software. Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in outbound sales, achieving or exceeding sales targets. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of contact center solutions, Genesys Cloud, VoIP, CRM, or cloud telephony is a plus. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients. Negotiation & Closing Skills: Ability to handle objections, negotiate deals, and close contracts effectively. Self-Motivated & Target-Oriented: Proactive, driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
