Role & responsibilities

• Recruitment & Joining Formalities :

Conducting Initial screening of the candidates & align their interviews with respective authority.

Conduct employee orientation and facilitate new comers joining formalities

Maintain and regularly update master database (personal file, personal database of each employee. o Maintenance of employee database.

•Employee Relations

Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/ documents/ certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management

Queries that any of the employees have escalate to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance or issue.

Preferred candidate profile

MBH HR Analytics

Experience with 5 to 10 years

Good in Advance Excel

Additional advantage if done Power BI
