The Role in a Nutshell

Daily Tasks

  • Screen CVs, call candidates and schedule interviews
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for availability
  • Maintain candidate trackers and interview feedback
  • Assist with offer letters and induction

Skills We Value

  • Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of experience
  • Good communication and time management
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude
  • Experience in Recruiting candidates along with an in-depth understanding of all phases of Recruitment.
  • Knowledge of IT - technical skills/ roles will be an added advantage.
  • High ownership and attention to details.
  • Basic MS Office/Excel skills/Google sheet/doc.

Qualification Skills

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
