Hr Executive And Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and screening to interviews and offer rollouts.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
• Use various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.) to source quality candidates.
• Keep candidates engaged and ensure a smooth interview experience.
• Maintain recruitment data, reports, and dashboards.
• Build and manage a pipeline of strong candidates for future roles.
• Managing end-to-end Onboarding process that includes paperwork, induction, and communicating with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the shared services team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Execute merit increase and performance bonus process by coordinating with HRBP and shared services.
• Stay up-to-date with labor laws and company policies to ensure HR practices are in compliance. Update all mandatory company records/books based on statutory requirements.
• Address basic employee inquiries, disputes, and concerns, or escalate them to the HR head. Support HR in employee engagement activities.
• Assist in coordinating training programs and development initiatives and send follow-up/reminders to employees.
• Maintain HR documents, policies, and procedures and communicate updates to employees.
• Managing end-to-end Offboarding process thatincludes paperwork, and communicating to all stakeholders and departments for clearance/access deactivation. Initiate exit clearance in the system and follow up for closure. Coordinate for F&F and provide exit letters.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3+ years of recruitment experience (either in-house or at an agency)
• Comfortable working across rolestech, non-tech, mid to senior level
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Hands-on with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and ATS tools
• Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple roles
