Role & responsibilities

  • Assist in

    recruitment & selection

    (sourcing resumes, scheduling interviews, offer letters)
  • Handle

    employee onboarding and induction

  • Maintain

    employee records, HR files, and HRMIS

  • Support

    attendance, leave, and payroll coordination

  • Ensure compliance with

    labour laws and company policies

  • Assist in

    performance appraisal processes

  • Address basic

    employee queries and grievances

  • Support

    training & development programs

  • Prepare HR reports and documentation
  • Assist in employee engagement and HR initiatives

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of

    HR processes & labour laws

  • Good

    communication and interpersonal skills

  • Organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in

    MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)

  • Confidentiality and attention to detail
  • Problem-solving and teamwork skills
