Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Talent Acquisition & HR Generalist to join our

growing team. This role is majorly focused on talent acquisitionsourcing, engaging, and hiring

exceptional finance and consulting professionals—and additionally focused on core HR generalist

responsibilities, such as onboarding formalities, documentation of candidates etc.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for consulting, finance, and corporate roles.
  • Partner with leadership to define hiring needs, job descriptions, and candidate profiles.
  • Source passive and active candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, culture fit, and alignment with our

firm’s values.

  • Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback loops with hiring teams.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future needs.
  • Manage and continuously improve recruitment metrics and reporting (e.g., time-to-fill,

offer acceptance).

  • Develop employer branding initiatives and talent marketing strategies.

HR Generalist

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless employee

experience.

  • Support employee engagement, feedback, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Maintain HR systems and records; ensure compliance with employment laws and internal

policies.

  • Provide first-line support for employee inquiries on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Support performance review cycles and training coordination.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in consulting, financial services, or

high-growth environments.

  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with minimal structure.

Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience in a boutique or professional services firm.
  • Knowledge of compensation trends and talent market dynamics in finance/consulting.
  • Interest in contributing to broader People & Culture strategies.
