We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will support a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, HR policy implementation, and compliance. This role plays a vital part in maintaining a productive, compliant, and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR services.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Assist with performance appraisal processes and employee development plans.
• Coordinate and support employee engagement activities and internal communications.
• Support payroll processing and benefits administration in collaboration with the finance team.
• Participate in audits and ensure HR processes comply with legal and organizational standards.
• Draft and update HR policies, procedures, and manuals.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 35 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and current labor regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HRIS systems is a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Exposure to handling grievance and disciplinary procedures.
• Familiarity with employee engagement tools and platforms.
