As an integral member of the school's HR team, you will play a key role in supporting various HR functions. Your responsibilities will include assisting in recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews. Additionally, you will be involved in managing the onboarding process for new employees and maintaining precise records of all staff members. In this position, it will be crucial for you to address employee queries and concerns, handle any grievances that may arise, and actively promote a positive work culture within the school community. Ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws will also be a fundamental aspect of your role. Moreover, you will collaborate with the team to coordinate performance appraisal procedures and provide support for training initiatives aimed at enhancing employee development. Flexibility is essential as you may be required to undertake additional duties as assigned by school management. This is a full-time position that requires your presence on-site.
