About the Role

HR – Training & Placement

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor training sessions to ensure

    IIT-standard academic quality

  • Conduct

    mock interviews, GDs, and communication skill workshops

    .
  • Build and manage corporate partnerships for successful student placements.
  • Organise placement drives, job fairs, and employer engagement events.
  • Track student progress, employability, and placement success metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Management, Education, HR, or related field.
  • 8–12 years in

    training/education/placement management

    with leadership exposure.
  • Strong expertise in

    soft skills, career coaching, and placement strategy

  • Proven success in

    education quality management & student placements

    .
