HR & Digital Marketig Internship

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic intern to join our team as an HR cum Digital Marketing Intern. This dual-role internship offers hands-on experience in both human resources and digital marketing, providing a unique opportunity to develop a diverse skill set and gain comprehensive exposure to organizational operations.

Human Resources:

• Assist in recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding procedures and maintain accurate employee records.
• Participate in organizing employee engagement activities and addressing HR-related queries.
• Help in drafting HR documents

Digital Marketing:

• Collaborate on planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Create and manage content for social media platforms, blogs, and email newsletters.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts and suggest improvements

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹1,500.00 - ₹2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dalanwala, Dehradun, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
