We are seeking a motivated and dynamic intern to join our team as an HR cum Digital Marketing Intern. This dual-role internship offers hands-on experience in both human resources and digital marketing, providing a unique opportunity to develop a diverse skill set and gain comprehensive exposure to organizational operations. Human Resources: Assist in recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Support onboarding procedures and maintain accurate employee records. Participate in organizing employee engagement activities and addressing HR-related queries. Help in drafting HR documents Digital Marketing: Collaborate on planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels. Create and manage content for social media platforms, blogs, and email newsletters. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts and suggest improvements Job Type: Internship Contract length: 2 months Pay: ₹1,500.00 - ₹2,000.00 per month Schedule: Fixed shift Morning shift Ability to commute/relocate: Dalanwala, Dehradun, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
