Job Description

Job Summary:

The HR Desk Support will serve as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries, providing administrative and operational support to ensure smooth and efficient HR processes. This role involves managing employee records, assisting with HR systems, coordinating onboarding activities, and supporting various HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for employee HR inquiries via email, phone, or in person.
  • Provide support with HR documentation, such as employment letters, confirmations, and benefits information.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems and personnel files.
  • Assist with the onboarding and offboarding process, including preparation of induction materials and system access.
  • Support payroll data collection and leave management.
  • Coordinate with other departments for HR-related requirements (IT setup, facility access, etc.).
  • Assist in the administration of employee engagement programs, training sessions, and HR events.
  • Generate standard HR reports as required by management.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Support HR projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR administration or support role (fresh graduates with internship experience may also apply).
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and basic labor laws preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS software is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
