Role Overview: As an HR Intern, you will play a crucial role in managing our human resources functions, supporting employee engagement, recruitment, and performance management to foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Support employee relations and address any workplace issues.
• Organize training and development programs for staff.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR software
