HR Counselor

Your main responsibilities will include posting job openings on different portals, consultancies, colleges, and companies, as well as managing HR operations as needed. Additionally, you will be involved in hiring for fresher internship programs by sourcing leads from various channels such as job portals, social media, colleges, and training institutes. You will be required to communicate with candidates through calls, emails, and messages, as well as engage in marketing and tele sales activities. Furthermore, you will participate in events, seminars, workshops, and recruitment activities in collaboration with managers, college representatives, and directors. Your role will also involve explaining admission procedures and IT courses to prospective college students, representing the company at educational events and college fairs. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in the IT sector or education sector, possess excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English, and exhibit a great personality.
