Job Description

Responsibilities: Interacting with the client for the positions, interview feedback, and shortlisting and after selection for acceptance of offer and final placement. Handling end to end recruitment and selection activities involves (Sourcing , screening, coordinating, organizing interviews and follow ups) Conduct initial screening of candidates by focusing on work exposure and ensure delivery of best fitments for the positions. Take the interview first round telephonically and analyse the candidate's profile and determine suitability for client’s requirement. Giving clarity to the candidate about the role offered. Arranging interviews telephonically, walk-in and through Video conferencing by taking schedules from the concerned HR. Maintaining a continuous follow up till the candidate is placed. Identify skills, interests & career goals of the prospective students. Counsel prospective students and parents about admission procedures and requirements.
