HR Consultant - HRIS

We have partnered with a leading global specialist in energy management and automation who is currently looking for an experienced HR professional to support their HR function. As an ideal candidate, you should possess a strong background in HRIS, HR Data Management, and Business Partnering. Moreover, you should demonstrate the ability to drive strategic HR initiatives, including Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) projects. This role will provide you with the opportunity to collaborate closely with business leaders while delivering top-notch HR solutions in a dynamic environment. Your responsibilities in this role will include managing and maintaining HR data systems (HRIS) to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity. You will partner with business leaders to comprehend workforce needs and offer HR solutions accordingly. Leading and supporting HR projects, particularly focusing on DEI initiatives, will be a crucial part of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating, analyzing, and presenting HR reports to leadership for informed decision-making. Acting as a liaison between HR and business units to align HR processes with organizational goals will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Ensuring the smooth execution of HR policies, programs, and employee engagement activities will round up your duties in this role.
