About Silsila Heritage: Silsila Heritage is a Delhi-based initiative that curates cultural experiences — heritage walks, film screenings, literary gatherings, and more — to celebrate the art, history, and living heritage of the Indian subcontinent. We’re currently rebuilding our team and seeking a passionate, organised, and people-oriented individual to take the lead as HR Co-Head. Role: HR Co-Head (Volunteer) This is a leadership role responsible for rebuilding Silsila’s internal team structure from the ground up. Key Responsibilities: ● Spearhead recruitment across 4 teams: Content, Graphics/Social Media, Marketing/PR, and Speakers/Event Management ● Help onboard your HR co-lead ● Be present and active during events (online/offline) in Delhi, as needed ● Create role descriptions, interview structures, and onboarding systems ● Coordinate communication between co-heads and founders ● Manage task delegation and inter-team coordination Who Should Apply: ✅ Must be a current college student (UG, PG, or PhD) ✅ Passionate about heritage, art, and culture ✅️ Prior experience of working in HR, creative spaces or team management is preferred ✅ Strong management, communication, organizational and people skills ✅ Can commit 3–6 months minimum ✅️ Willingness to regularly attend or assist during events in Delhi Perks: ✨️Certificate after 3 months ✨️Letter of Recommendation after 6 months ✨️Free access to all Silsila events in Delhi ✨️Hands-on experience in team building and cultural management ✨️A chance to shape and be part of a dynamic, vision-driven organization Show more Show less
