HR Client Liaison

As a dynamic HR professional, your role will involve managing client relationships and facilitating the placement of software technical resources. You will be responsible for signing agreements with client companies, building long-term partnerships, and conducting frequent client visits. Key Responsibilities: - Liaise with client companies to understand technical resource requirements and facilitate placements. - Draft, review, and sign agreements/contracts with clients to ensure smooth collaboration. - Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction. - Collaborate closely with internal recruitment teams to align resources effectively with client needs. - Maintain detailed reports on client engagement, agreements, and placements to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications & Skills: - Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in HR, client relations, or IT staffing. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams. - Proven negotiation and contract management experience to secure mutually beneficial agreements. - Willingness to travel frequently for client visits, demonstrating commitment to building and maintaining client partnerships.,
