As we grow, we're looking for enthusiastic and capable freshers to join our team in Hyderabad and support our client engagement and HR operations.

This is an entry-level position ideal for someone who wants to start a career in HR while also building experience in lead management, outreach, and customer communication. You will play a crucial role in supporting business operations and people processes.

Lead Management

• Track and manage leads from forms, email, and campaign platforms
• Update CRM tools and ensure accurate data entry
• Assign leads to internal teams and ensure timely follow-up

Cold Emailing and Outreach

• Craft and send targeted emails to prospects
• Maintain follow-up sequences and monitor response rates
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales team for warm lead conversion

Customer Support

• Respond to queries via email and chat
• Escalate technical issues to the relevant team
• Ensure smooth onboarding and support for learners and customers

HR Assistance

• Help schedule interviews and coordinate hiring rounds
• Maintain internal documentation for new joiners
• Support employee onboarding and engagement activities

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related field
• Strong communication skills, especially written English
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, and email tools
• Highly organized, proactive, and a fast learner
• Must be available to work on-site from our Hyderabad office
