Roles and Responsibilities Provide strategic guidance on business planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support organizational goals. Develop and implement effective people management strategies to drive employee engagement, retention, and performance improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify talent gaps and develop solutions for attracting, retaining, and developing key employees. Analyze data to inform HR decisions related to workforce planning, succession planning, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, laws, regulations by maintaining accurate records and reports. Desired Candidate Profile Strong understanding of Business Partnering principles and practices. Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets. Proven track record of driving successful change initiatives through collaboration across functions.
