Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced HR Branch Manager to lead our branch operations with a focus on new client acquisition, client relationship management, and team leadership. The role involves bringing in new business, maintaining existing clients, managing the recruitment team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new clients and build strong business relationships
• Manage client communications, meetings, and service delivery
• Lead and supervise the recruitment team to achieve targets
• Handle team performance, training, and motivation
• Oversee branch operations and ensure service quality
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet client requirements

Requirements:

• 5–8 years in HR/Staffing/Recruitment (with client and team handling experience)
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proven experience in business development & client servicing
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field
