HR Associate - Recruitment

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive HR Associate – Recruitment to support end-to-end hiring activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, along with strong communication and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), referrals, and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment reports.
• Follow up with candidates for interview feedback, documentation, and offer acceptance.
• Support onboarding activities and basic HR documentation as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6 months to 1 year of recruitment or HR experience.
• Familiarity with IT and/or non-IT hiring processes.
• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation.

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of employment terms, CTC structures, and joining formalities.
