Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
* Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data.
* Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
* Coordinate with payroll team for HR inputs and documentation.
* Help manage performance reviews and probation tracking.
* Handle basic compliance and HR administrative tasks.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a HR role.
* Basic understanding of HR software/tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
