HR Assistant

In this role, you will be responsible for Recruitment & Onboarding tasks such as posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters and employment contracts, conducting onboarding and new hire orientations, maintaining employee records, updating databases, generating HR reports, administering employee benefits, managing leave requests, assisting with disciplinary actions and grievance procedures, coordinating employee development activities and training sessions, and helping with the creation and distribution of HR documents and policy updates. Key Responsibilities: - Post job openings and screen resumes. - Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates. - Prepare offer letters and employment contracts. - Coordinate and conduct onboarding and new hire orientations. - Maintain and update employee records, databases, and files. - Generate HR reports on employee activities and performance. - Help administer employee benefits and manage leave requests. - Provide support for disciplinary actions and grievance procedures. - Help coordinate employee development activities and training sessions. - Assist with the creation and distribution of HR documents and policy updates. Qualifications Required: - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic knowledge of labor laws. - Proficiency with computer software, including HRS/HARMS and an ATS. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
