Job Title :  Assistant Manager - Non IT Domestic Recruitment

*Job Location: Chennai

*Experience : Minimum 8 years and above

*Qualification: Any Graduate

*Work Type: Strictly Work from Office

*Work Days : Monday-Saturday

*Work Timings : 9:30 Am-6:30 PM ( One hour flexi)

Job Summary:

The AM - Talent Acquisition (Domestic Recruitment) is responsible for developing and executing

recruitment strategies to attract top talent within the domestic market. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building employer branding, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience while aligning hiring strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for domestic hiring.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Drive full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Ensure hiring is completed within defined SLAs and budget.

2. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management

  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and

recruitment agencies.

  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and high-volume roles.
  • Implement proactive sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates.

3. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

  • Work on employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Enhance candidate experience by ensuring smooth interview and onboarding processes.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment drives.

4. Recruitment Metrics & Reporting

  • Track key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
  • Generate recruitment dashboards and reports for senior management.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize recruitment efficiency.

5. Team Management & Vendor Coordination

  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts with recruitment partners to ensure cost-effectiveness.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment trends and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to recruitment.
