Job Description: As a Recruitment Specialist, your primary responsibility will be managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes sourcing candidates, screening resumes, short-listing potential candidates, scheduling interviews, negotiating salaries, conducting pre-employment reference checks, and extending job offers. Additionally, you will be in charge of maintaining employee records, managing the Employee Master File, and ensuring compliance with statutory HR records such as ESI and PF.
