An HR Assistant provides administrative support to the HR department, handling day-to-day tasks like employee records, recruitment, and onboarding to ensure smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment by posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing offers.
  • Maintain employee records, databases, and confidentiality while updating HR information.
  • Assist with onboarding, orientations, training sessions, and benefits inquiries.
  • Handle payroll data, attendance tracking, performance reviews, and termination processes.
  • Coordinate meetings, reports, and employee communications, resolving inquiries promptly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹26,580.99 per month
