Job Description

About the Role:

Fresher graduate in Civil Engineering (B.Tech)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and documentation.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, training programs, and performance appraisals.
Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies) and ensure compliance with internal policies.
Assist in drafting HR reports, policies, and communication.
Liaise with engineering and project teams to understand manpower requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in
Civil Engineering (B.Tech) or Diploma in Civil Engineering
recent graduates or someone who wants to explore and experience Human Resources are welcome.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good understanding of engineering roles and terminology is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.
