HR Assistant

Job Description: As an HR Assistant, your role involves providing administrative support in managing employee records, scheduling meetings, and handling HR-related correspondence. You will assist in recruitment by posting jobs, screening applications, and scheduling interviews. Coordinating new hire orientations and ensuring a smooth onboarding process will also be a part of your responsibilities. Addressing employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment falls under employee relations tasks. It is crucial to stay informed about labor laws and ensure compliance within the organization. Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, including personnel files and databases, and entering/updating data in HR systems are essential for record-keeping. You will also assist in event coordination for HR-related events like training sessions and employee recognition programs. Additionally, performing various other tasks as assigned by the HR manager is expected. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in HR or related field preferred. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office and HR software. - Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus.
