HR Apprentice

As an HR Apprentice at our company in Gurgaon, India, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team with various day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in recruitment coordination processes. - Contributing to onboarding activities for new employees. - Participating in employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications and skills: - A graduate in any discipline, preferably from the classes of 2024 or 2025. - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. - Basic understanding of HR fundamentals and a keen interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources. - Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Capability to multitask, adapt quickly, and thrive in a dynamic work setting. - Effective communication skills in English, both spoken and written. - Emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
