Role Overview: You will be joining Health Total, the most renowned and respected organization in the health and wellness industry in India. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy - Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues - Manage the recruitment and selection process - Responsible for the life cycle of the employee - Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital - Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization - Nurture a positive working environment - Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs - Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics - Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management Qualifications Required: - MBA in HR or Graduate or higher - Knowledge of MS Word and Excel - Minimum of 2 years of experience - Experience in resolving employee queries - Experience in recruitment and working on different portals for recruitment - Out-of-the-box thinker for hiring and sourcing - Strong convincing and counseling skills - Willingness to continually learn and grow - Ability to work in a team environment Location: Mumbai Timings: 10 am to 7 pm Week Off: Sunday Languages known: English, Hindi, Marathi,
