Job Description

Human Resource

  • Handle recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and attendance
  • Support payroll and compliance activities
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives
  • Assist in performance appraisal and HR documentation

Data & Reporting

  • Act as a

    single point of contact

    for collecting, compiling, and vetting data from multiple departments.
  • Ensure

    100% accuracy and compliance

    of departmental reports as per company norms.
  • Prepare and present consolidated reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.

Sales & Operations Tracking

  • Monitor sales staff performance, daily working data, and follow-up action plans.
  • Assist in drafting, tracking, and sending

    mails, reminders, and reports

    for the sales team.
  • Support sales initiatives with

    WhatsApp promotions, follow-ups, and mail campaigns

    .

Communication & Coordination

  • Draft professional emails, internal communications, and promotional messages.
  • Coordinate across teams for

    timely task completion

    and ensure smooth information flow.
  • Maintain high standards of confidentiality and professionalism while dealing with management matters.

Technology & Systems

  • Work extensively on

    Advanced Excel

    for data analysis and reporting.
  • Adapt quickly to new software, CRMs, and internal systems.
  • Ensure system-driven tracking, reporting, and documentation for efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education:

    Graduate / Post-Graduate (Any stream, preference for Management/Commerce background).
  • Experience:

    1 - 3 years in HR / Coordination / EA / CRM roles preferred.
  • Skills & Competencies:

    • Excellent command of

      English (written & spoken)

      .
    • Strong

      email drafting & professional communication

      ability.
    • Proficiency in

      Excel & MS Office Suite

      .
    • Tech-savvy with full computer operations knowledge.
    • Strong

      organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills

      .
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under deadlines.
