You will be responsible for leading and managing learning and development initiatives, shaping a positive work culture, aligning people and processes with business goals, and empowering teams through structured training, clear workflows, and consistent HR practices. As the HR & Operations Lead, you will also oversee a capable HR team and effectively manage the Zoho HR suite.
