Role Overview: As a Senior HR Manager at SigiloTech, you will play a key role in shaping the HR foundation of a fast-scaling tech company. You will work directly with leadership to design and lead strategic workforce planning, drive high-velocity recruitment, implement scalable HR systems, policies, and compliance processes, build a culture of performance and innovation, and act as a trusted advisor on all people matters.
