Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an HR and Bid Manager, located in India. The HR and Bid Manager will be responsible for overseeing the human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Additionally, the role involves managing the entire bid process from identification of opportunities to submission, including proposal writing, coordination, and ensuring compliance with client requirements and company standards.
