proactive HR & Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities

HR Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment – sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling
Support onboarding, induction, and employee engagement activities
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
Assist in payroll support and compliance
Help implement HR processes and policies

Admin Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day office administration (stationery, housekeeping, vendor coordination)
Manage travel bookings, office events, and meeting schedules
Maintain documentation and filing systems
Support management in daily administrative tasks

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (any stream); HR specialization is a plus
0–2 years of experience in HR/Admin (freshers welcome)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace
Familiarity with
HRMS software (e.g., GreytHR, Keka, Zoho People)
would be an
added advantage
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
