Job Description

Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional who will be responsible for managing existing client relationships and driving new business sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-first approach, and proven experience in client management and sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly. Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions to maximize satisfaction. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services/products to existing clients. Develop strategies to generate new sales leads and convert them into clients. Conduct regular follow-ups with potential leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback summaries for management.
