Job Description

An HR recruiter plays a critical role in an organization by finding and hiring the best talent for open positions. The key responsibilities typically include:

  • Job Posting & Advertising: Creating and posting job descriptions on various job boards, social media, and company websites to attract suitable candidates.
  • Sourcing Candidates: Actively searching for candidates through databases, networking, social media platforms (like LinkedIn), and attending job fairs or events.
  • Screening Resumes: Reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on the job description and requirements.
  • Conducting Interviews: Conducting initial phone screens or interviews to assess candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for the organization.
  • Coordinating Interviews: Scheduling interviews with hiring managers and other relevant team members, ensuring candidates are prepared and informed about the process.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Assessing candidates based on interviews, skills tests, reference checks, and any other relevant factors to determine if they are suitable for the role.
  • Offer Management: Extending job offers to selected candidates, negotiating salary and benefits, and preparing the necessary documentation.
  • Onboarding: Assisting with the onboarding process, ensuring new hires complete required paperwork, and introducing them to company culture and policies.
  • Maintaining Recruitment Records: Keeping accurate records of candidates, job postings, and interview feedback in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
  • Staying Updated on Market Trends: Keeping up with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent acquisition best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.
  • Admin work : as and when the work is coming you will need to coordinate and work towards it efficientky

The role often requires strong communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and candidates simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
