Job Description

1.Assist and support administrative staff in their day to day operations -Attendance report -Daily report tracker update -Labour and vendor reports -Material usage report 2. Assist and coordinate with operation team-Arranging the vendors, arranging the materials 3. Support management in handling and documenting customer accounts, follow up of proposals and payments. 4. Assist inventory controlling staff in maintaining inventory records. 5. Assist housekeeping staff in maintaining the office premises clean and neat. 6. Helping HR in conducting interviews 7. Helping to Management in increasing the enquiries- advertisement, social media posts, whats app marketing. 8. Maintain and File the GST Bills, purchase and sales bills 9. Arrange the internal weekly meeting 10. Arrange the meeting with prospective client, referral partners, relationship referral partners etc. 11. Responsible for generating new business to the company and Responsible to growth of the company.
