• Maintain personal files and employee records accurately and keep them updated.
• Address and resolve employee queries and concerns promptly.
• Manage recruitment for contractors, consultants, and full-time employees through
various portals.
• Conduct joining formalities, onboarding, and induction for new employees.
• Handle police verification and issue temporary ID cards for new employees.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, statutory requirements, and
internal audits.
• Maintain documentation related to training, performance reviews, and exit processes.
• Oversee manpower management in the factory and ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Monitor daily attendance, maintain Attendance MIS, and track workforce productivity.
• Process and clear vendor bills, contractor invoices, and administrative payments.
• Proficient in raising PRs and coordinating with vendors for closure of work as per PO.
• Perform basic administration duties as required.
• Support the Admin In-charge in managing cafeteria, bus transportation, MEP,
housekeeping, and gardening activities.
• Support in invoice clearing as per POs, AMCs, and contracts.
• Coordinate with all departments and branches to ensure smooth HR and admin
operations.
• Manage office supplies, housekeeping activities, and facility maintenance.
• Handle visitor management, gate pass preparation, and security coordination.
• Support travel arrangements, meeting setups, logistics coordination, and employee
engagement activities.
