Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave management.
  • Handling end-to-end payroll processing, including calculating wages, deductions, taxes (TDS, GST, etc.), and managing employee benefits and retirement plans (PF, ESIC filings).
  • Employee relations, performance management, factory compliance (Factory Act, contract labor).
  • Finding, attracting, interviewing, and hiring the best candidates for open positions, including onboarding new hires.

  • Financial reporting, budgeting, and cost accounting (especially manufacturing costs).
  • Bank reconciliation, cash/bank transactions, AP/AR.
  • GST compliance, statutory filings, supporting audits

Preferred candidate profile

Education

Prior experience in a similar HR or accounting role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment
