Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on key HR metrics (attrition, time-to-hire, diversity, headcount, etc.)
Track and analyze HR KPIs across business units and geographies.
Create executive-level presentations with actionable insights.
Use statistical modeling and machine learning (where applicable) to predict attrition, hiring success, employee engagement, etc.
Build models to optimize workforce planning and succession strategies.
Partner with Talent Acquisition, L&D, Compensation, and Business HR teams to drive analytics for better decision-making.
Contribute to workforce cost analysis, compensation benchmarking, and ROI on learning interventions.
Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and integrity across HR systems.
Collaborate with HR tech/IT teams to improve data capture and system integration.
Work with senior leadership and business heads to understand data needs and translate them into insights
