2) Drafting the set of documents required in the line of completion of real estate transactions.
3) Schedule and Coordinate meetings and recording the minutes of the meetings
4) Oversee facility management like handling of cleanliness, pantry and stationery
5) Vendor management and coordination and event planning as per festivals, celebrations etc.
6) Prioritizing tasks and deadlines and tracking the daily routine tasks of the colleagues to ensure the working compliance.
7) Oversee daily management, manage budgets, support senior management in day to day working.
8) Scheduling and composing the message for circulation between the client database for property information, wishes and congratulatory messages.
9) Maintaining attendance records of all employees
10) Handling the complete recruitment process as per company requirements like sourcing, screening, interviews, selection and onboarding.
11) Aligning the employee engagement tasks and events for improving the employee productivity and performances.
