Telecaller and Coordinator, Independent Builder Floor, Sales & Leasing.
Telecaller and Coordinator of Residential Sales.

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads for property sales, leasing, or investment.
  • Interacting and understanding the requirements of the clients acquired through online lead platforms and coordinating with the respective team member.
  • Explain project details, offers, and services to clients in a professional manner.
  • Schedule client visits and coordinate with the respective team member.
  • Maintain and update the client database regularly and follow up with the team members.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets as defined by the superior.
  • Assisting respective team members for the closure of the deal and ensuring the paperwork formalities
