HR & Admin Manager (Head HR)

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Lead end-to-end recruitment across all levels corporate, sales, and plant functions. Collaborate with business heads to                forecast manpower requirements and plan hiring strategies accordingly. Implement structured talent acquisition processes and ensure focus on diversity and                   inclusion. Oversee onboarding and induction programs for smooth integration of new hires.

3. Performance Management & Capability Building Drive the performance management cycle goal setting, appraisal, and feedback mechanisms. densify training needs        and implement learning & development programs to build capabilities. Facilitate leadership development and succession planning to nurture internal talent.                    Promote a merit-driven, performance-oriented culture.

4. Employee Engagement & Welfare Design and implement engagement initiatives to enhance employee motivation and retention. Foster an open, inclusive, and                transparent work environment. Manage employee communication, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes with sensitivity and fairness. Drive initiatives                related  to women empowerment, diversity, and inclusion.

5. Compensation & Benefits / Payroll Administer salary structures, performance-linked incentives, and annual compensation reviews. Partner with management for              payroll inputs and ensure accuracy and timeliness. Benchmark compensation with industry standards to ensure internal equity and competitiveness.

6. HR Operations & Compliance Oversee HR administration including employee records, attendance, leave, and statutory documentation. Ensure compliance with all            labor laws, government regulations, and HR audits. Maintain updated HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. Liaise with external consultants, PF/ESIC          offices, and labor departments when required.

7. Administration & Facility Management Manage general administration, office infrastructure, and vendor management for smooth office operations. Oversee security,        housekeeping, travel, logistics, and facility upkeep. Ensure cost optimization and efficient utilization of administrative resources. Handle procurement of office                supplies, equipment, and annual maintenance contracts.

8. Business Partnering & Change Management Work closely with business heads to provide HR solutions that support business objectives. Lead change management          and organizational transformation initiatives.

Use HR analytics and data insights to drive strategic decision-making.

Experience:

Skills & Competencies:

o Excellent understanding of HR operations, legal compliance, and administration.

o Proven ability to manage and motivate teams across levels.

o Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

o Proficiency in HRMS, MS Office, and data analysis tools.
