Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR & Admin Manager located in Chennai. The HR & Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Additionally, this role includes administrative responsibilities such as office management, record keeping, and ensuring a smooth operation of daily activities. The HR & Admin Manager will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring organizational efficiency.

Qualifications

• HR Management, Recruitment, and Employee Relations skills
• Min. 3-5 Years of experience as a Human Resource Professional
• Experience in Performance Management and Compliance with labor laws
• Administrative and Office Management skills
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in HR software and office tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the electrical or related industry is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
