HR Admin - Labour Management

Hello Candidates, We are currently looking for HR Admin Head for one of the packaging manufacturing company. Location : Pithampur, MP Key Responsibilities: Oversee office supplies, housekeeping, and vendor management. Coordinate with facility teams for office maintenance and hygiene. Manage travel bookings, event planning, and internal logistics. Arrange and handle Labors. Handle HR operations such as recruitment, employee onboarding, and performance management. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations Support administrative tasks including office management, vendor coordination, and facility management. Ensure all company policies and procedures are compliant with legal requirements. Ensure timely processing of PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances.
